As a B2B company, LinkedIn was our primary and most effective social media platform. My role involved planning content, writing copy, and designing visuals. In order to streamline our processes I Introduced and established a planning and scheduling system, utilising HubSpot Marketing Hub to ensure seamless execution running both organic and paid campaigns and content that boosted visibility and generated leads.

Analysing the performance of each post helped us identify what resonates most with our audience, allowing us to refine and optimise our content strategy. Overall we reached an average engagement rate of 9.1%—well above the industry benchmark of 2%.

To effectively showcase our services, we frequently created video content as a means of explanation. I took on the role of filming these videos, utilising team members as actors, and handled the editing process, incorporating our branding throughout. These videos were subsequently featured across Urban Connect's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as on the company website.
