As the Branding and Marketing Manager, event planning and execution were key responsibilities in my role—an aspect of my work that I really enjoyed and thrived in. These events included monthly webinars with clients and colleagues discussing mobility industry topics, as well as networking apéros with partners such as Swiss, SBB, and Swiss Prime Site, along with organisations including Women in Mobility.
For our webinar series, Lunch & Learn, we hosted sessions on LinkedIn using Restream, a platform that offered enhanced control and customisation compared to a simple two-speaker setup. To maximise lead generation, we created a short summary and a teaser clip, accompanied by a HubSpot-linked form that viewers could submit to access the full webinar. From then we set up a HubSpot workflow, sending further content and information. Ahead of each session, we provided speakers with comprehensive briefing documents outlining discussion points and key information. Additionally, we scheduled a prep call with the speakers to conduct a quick run-through, ensuring a smooth and professional presentation.
To introduce the service at newly launched client sites or to support user retention and growth, we organised informational sessions at client locations. Utilising mobile stands and signage, the Urban Connect team, easily identifiable by custom merchandise, engaged directly with users. For most clients, we developed tailored marketing materials outlining costs, specific offerings, and additional details.
